Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketer & Office Assistant, you will:
- Craft engaging content (posts, graphics, and short videos) about pest control, cleaning, and hygiene services.
- Manage and grow our social media profiles (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
- Monitor engagement and use insights to optimize content reach.
- Interact with clients online—answer inquiries and highlight customer success stories.
Office Assistance & Administrative Support.
- Support front‑office operations, file management, and data entry.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and scheduling service calls.
- Monitor office consumables and clean equipment.
- Liaise with technicians, clients, and suppliers to coordinate logistics.
Qualifications.
- Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Office Admin, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media roles or administrative support.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, adobe premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication, writing, and multitasking abilities.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands basic science and can help us communicate clearly with clients while supporting our office operations.
